The Centre & South Hastings Waste Services Board (operating as Quinte Waste Solutions) is a municipal service Board operating on behalf of the following nine (9) municipalities with a population base of approximately 142,000, and a household count of approximately 64,000 including apartments. They are: City of Belleville City of Quinte West County of Prince Edward Municipality of Centre Hastings Municipality of Marmora & Lake Municipality of Tweed Township of Tyendinaga Township of Stirling-Rawdon Township of Madoc

The Centre & South Hastings Waste Services Board owns the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) located at 270 West Street, Trenton Ontario and associated processing equipment. The recycling trucks are owned by the Contractor. In 2013 the Centre & South Hastings Waste Services Board entered into a Contract with HGC Management Inc, which expires November 6th, 2021. The Contractor provides collection and processing services on behalf of Centre & South Hastings Waste Services Board.
